What are Glory Days Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets?
Glory Days Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets are pre-measured, ultra-concentrated laundry detergent sheets formulated with plant-based surfactants and skin-conscious cleansing agents. Each sheet contains the same active cleaning chemistry as a measured dose of liquid detergent — minus the water, the plastic jug, and a long list of unnecessary harsh ingredients commonly found in mainstream laundry products.
The sheets are biodegradable, safe for sensitive skin, and compatible with every type of washer (HE, front-load, top-load, agitator, impeller). They contain no phthalates, no parabens, no phosphates, no formaldehyde donors, no chlorine bleach, and none of the unnecessary harsh chemistry shortcuts that built the conventional detergent industry.
These are our straight detergent sheets — designed for shoppers who want a clean, simple, beautifully-scented laundry sheet without softener or color-catcher functionality. If you'd like all three jobs in one sheet (detergent + softener + color catcher), check out our 3-In-1 Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets.
Available in seven scents — from clean basics like Luxe Laundry and Purely Perfect (fragrance-free), to brand-signature scents like Coastal Allure, Violet Hour, and Citrus Socialite, to our two new perfume-inspired statement scents: Miss Bloom and Coco Muse.
Pack size: 40 sheets per pack. One sheet handles a regular load; split a sheet in half for small loads or delicates, and a single pack stretches to up to 80 loads. Subscribe & Save: 15% off every recurring order.
How do Glory Days laundry sheets actually work?
It is almost embarrassingly simple. Each sheet is pre-dosed for one regular load. No measuring. No spilling. No mental math.
-
Toss one sheet directly into the drum of your washer (not the detergent tray).
-
Add your clothes on top and run any cycle, at any water temperature.
-
The sheet dissolves on contact with water, releasing plant-based surfactants and cleansing agents that lift dirt, body oil, and everyday grime.
Dosage: One sheet for a regular load. Two for a heavy or extra-large load. Half a sheet (tear or cut to size) for small loads or delicates. A 40-pack covers anywhere from 40 to 80 loads depending on your routine.
Choose your scent (like you're choosing a perfume)
Most laundry detergent comes in two scents: "Fresh" and "Original." Maybe "Lavender Vanilla Dream" if you're at a big-box store.
We treated scent like a fragrance category instead of a detergent category. Seven scents, each with its own personality.
💐 Miss Bloom (NEW — perfume-inspired)
Inspired by first-class perfumery. A romantic floral with a soft, creamy finish — peonies, jasmine, and white tea over a warm musk base. The laundry sheet equivalent of getting ready for a date. Best for: bedding, going-out clothes, anyone whose closet wishes it smelled more like a fragrance counter.
🌹 Coco Muse (NEW — perfume-inspired)
Inspired by first-class perfumery. Vanilla orchid, sandalwood, and a whisper of warm amber — sophisticated, sensual, slightly sweet without being cloying. Best for: sweaters, scarves, dramatic outerwear, anyone who has ever spritzed perfume directly onto their cashmere.
🌿 Luxe Laundry (Fresh Pressed Linen)
Classic, clean, fresh-from-the-dryer linen with a soft, slightly powdery finish. The "I love my laundry day" scent. Best for: sheets, towels, t-shirts, anyone who wants their wardrobe to smell like a five-star hotel turn-down service.
🌊 Coastal Allure (Ocean Breeze)
Salty-air, fresh-laundry-on-the-line vibes. Ozonic top notes, soft sea salt accord, a whisper of driftwood. Best for: summer wardrobes, bedding, beach towels, anyone who wants their clean clothes to smell like a vacation.
💜 Violet Hour (Luxurious Lavender)
Real French-style lavender essential oil with a soft, powdery, creamy finish. Cozy and grown-up. Best for: bedding, pajamas, baby clothes (with consent — some babies prefer fragrance-free), anyone whose wardrobe deserves to smell like a calm chapter.
🍊 Citrus Socialite (Bright Citrus Blend)
Bergamot, blood orange, and grapefruit with a sparkly, effervescent finish. Wake-you-up bright. Best for: gym wear, athletic clothes, summer dresses, the morning-energy boost in fabric form.
🤍 Purely Perfect (Fragrance-Free)
Truly fragrance-free. No "masking" scent, no "natural fragrance" loophole. For sensitive skin, newborn loads, allergy-prone family members, or anyone who wants clean clothes to smell like clean clothes. Best for: babies, eczema-prone skin, cloth diapers (skip scent boosters too), the fragrance-free purist.
About our scents: bold in the pack, gentle on the wear
Open a pack of Glory Days Eco Laundry Sheets and you'll get hit with a beautiful, full-strength scent. That's by design — fragrance oils are real essential-oil-based and food-grade aroma compounds, and they smell concentrated and gorgeous straight out of the pack.
Here's the honest part most laundry brands won't tell you: weeks-long, all-day, locker-strong scent on your clothes after washing isn't "natural fragrance." It's chemistry. The brands that promise scent that lingers in your closet for a month are typically using microencapsulated synthetic fragrance — tiny synthetic polymer beads (often plastic-based) that cling to fabric fibers and slowly release fragrance over weeks. Those beads end up on your skin, in your washing machine, and ultimately in your wastewater as microplastic pollution.
We chose not to use them.
So Glory Days clothes come out of the dryer smelling softly, subtly, beautifully of your scent. A whisper, not a perfume. The fragrance fades naturally as you wear the clothes — the way clean laundry has always worked, before fragrance chemistry was added to extend it artificially.
If you want longer-lasting scent on fabrics, pair your Eco Sheet with our Eco In-Wash Scent Boosters — they're dosed for stronger, longer-wearing fragrance and use the same plant-forward chemistry. Or just open a pack of any Glory Days product when you want the full scent experience. (We promise you'll smell it.)
Can I mix scents in one load?
Absolutely yes. Throw a Miss Bloom and a Luxe Laundry into the same load — they layer beautifully. Coco Muse plus Violet Hour creates an unexpectedly elegant cozy-evening blend. The Glory Days panel of customer scent-testers calls this "fragrance freestyle." We support it.

What's in the sheets
A thoughtful, plant-forward formula focused on biodegradability and skin-friendliness — designed to avoid the unnecessary harsh ingredients that built the conventional detergent industry.
Hero ingredients
-
Plant-Based Surfactants — lift dirt and everyday stains without the typical detergent overload
-
Glycerin — softens fabrics and keeps clothes comfortable against skin
-
Trisodium Citrate — balances water hardness for a more effective clean
-
Lauryl Glucoside — gentle, plant-derived cleanser
Other ingredients
Purified Water, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (plant-derived foaming cleanser), Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate (biodegradable surfactant), Glycerin (plant-derived softener), enzyme blend for stain breakdown, fragrance oils (where applicable; Purely Perfect is fragrance-free), and a water-soluble binder that releases the cleansing agents during the wash.
For the complete, line-by-line ingredient list, see our Product Ingredients page.
The Glory Days difference — what we leave out
- Phthalate-free
- Paraben-free
-
Formaldehyde-free (no formaldehyde donors either)
- Phosphate-free
- Chlorine-bleach-free
-
No microencapsulated synthetic fragrance (the microplastic source most brands use for "long-lasting scent")
We're a low-tox formula — meaning we've avoided unnecessary harsh ingredients and chosen biodegradable-focused alternatives wherever the chemistry allowed. We're not claiming to be "100% natural" or "chemical-free" (no detergent that actually cleans is — and any brand that claims otherwise is being loose with their definitions). We are thoughtfully formulated. Biodegradable-focused. Plastic-jug-free. And we work.
Designed for every washer
Are Glory Days laundry sheets safe for HE (high-efficiency) washers?
Yes. Fully HE-compatible. The low-suds formula is engineered for high-efficiency washers and works equally well in older standard-water-use machines.
Do they work in front-load and top-load washers?
Yes — both. Drop one sheet directly into the empty drum (not the detergent tray) and run your normal cycle.
Do they dissolve in cold water?
Yes. The sheet is formulated for full dissolution in cold, warm, or hot water, including quick-wash cycles. We actually recommend cold for most loads — it's gentler on fabrics, preserves colors, and uses up to 90% less energy than hot.
Are they septic-safe and greywater-safe?
Yes. The cleansing agents and the dissolving binder are biodegradable and approved for septic and greywater systems.
Do they leave residue on clothes?
No. The sheet fully dissolves and the actives rinse out cleanly.
Hard water?
Yes. The trisodium citrate in the formula softens hard water so the cleansers can do their job effectively.
Sensitive skin, families, and the planet
Glory Days Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets are formulated with family-friendly, low-tox chemistry — designed to be effective without the irritant-heavy ingredients common in mainstream detergent.
Sensitive skin. Free of phthalates, parabens, phosphates, formaldehyde, and chlorine bleach — the major irritants dermatologists routinely flag in laundry products. For severe sensitivities, choose Purely Perfect (fragrance-free).
Babies and newborns. Purely Perfect is the safest pick for newborn and 0-3 month loads. No fragrance, no dyes, no enzymes that can irritate freshly-arrived skin.
Cloth diapers. Purely Perfect, and skip the scent boosters. Always follow your cloth diaper manufacturer's wash routine.
Pets. None of our cleansing ingredients are flagged as toxic to dogs or cats per the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center. Safe for pet bedding, blankets, and toy laundry.
Allergies. Our formulas are typically well-tolerated, but every body is different. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, email us first and we'll confirm whether the product is right for you before you order.
The planet. Biodegradable cleansing agents. Plastic-jug-free, recyclable outer packaging. Ultra-concentrated formula means significantly less shipping weight per equivalent load than a liquid detergent jug (which is 60–90% water).
Glory Days Eco Sheets vs. the alternatives
Two comparisons. First, against the conventional liquid detergent routine. Second, against our own 3-In-1 sheet — so you can choose the right product for your routine.

Both products live in the same family — same brand, same standards, same low-tox positioning. The Eco Sheets are the simpler, scent-forward option. The 3-In-1 is the 3-product replacement. Many of our customers buy both: 3-In-1 for daily loads, Eco Sheets when they want to layer one of the perfume-inspired scents (Miss Bloom or Coco Muse) on bedding or going-out clothes.
How to use Glory Days Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets
Time required: 5 seconds per load.
Tools needed: Just your washer.
-
Place one Glory Days Eco Laundry Sheet directly into the empty drum of your washer. Don't use the detergent tray — sheets are designed for direct drum placement.
-
Add your clothes on top of the sheet.
-
Start your wash on any cycle, at any water temperature. The sheet dissolves on contact with water and releases the cleansing agents.
Dosage guide:
-
Regular load: 1 sheet
-
Heavy or extra-large load: 2 sheets
-
Small or delicates load: ½ sheet (tear or cut to size)
-
Hand wash: ¼ to ½ sheet in a sink of warm water
A 40-sheet pack covers 40 regular loads, or up to 80 loads if you routinely split sheets for smaller loads. Storage: Keep the pack closed in a dry place. Avoid steamy bathrooms — sheets are designed to dissolve in water, so humidity can affect them over time.
Pair Glory Days Eco Sheets with our full lineup
The Eco Laundry Sheets handle the core wash. Here's how to round out a complete eco-luxe laundry routine:
Eco In-Wash Scent Boosters — For longer-lasting scent on freshly washed clothes. Match your favorite Eco Sheet scent for layered fragrance — particularly elegant with Miss Bloom or Coco Muse. (Skip with Purely Perfect for fragrance-free loads.)
Eco Fabric Softener Sheets — Since the Eco Sheets are straight detergent (no built-in softener), stack a Fabric Softener Sheet on top for towel loads, sheet loads, and anywhere you want extra softness.
3-In-1 Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets — Our upgrade product. Bamboo-fiber substrate (doesn't dissolve), built-in fabric softener, built-in color catcher. Great for households that want one sheet to handle everything.
Washing Machine Cleaning Tablets — Even the best detergent can't fight a buildup-clogged washer drum. Run one through an empty hot cycle once a month to descale, degrease, and de-funk the machine itself.
Glory Days Bundles — Save up to 10% when you bundle Eco Sheets with scent boosters or your other Glory Days favorites.
A note on the binder we use
One ingredient question we get often: do Glory Days Eco Laundry Sheets contain polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)? Yes — a small amount of PVA is used as the water-soluble binder that holds the sheet together and releases the cleansing agents when it hits the wash water.
We mention it directly because we'd rather have the conversation than dodge it. The PVA we use has been third-party tested for biodegradability in wastewater conditions and is selected specifically to break down rather than persist as microplastic pollution. The cleansing agents that release into the wash are plant-based, biodegradable, and septic-safe. The outer packaging is plastic-jug-free and recyclable.
If avoiding PVA entirely is a priority for you, our 3-In-1 Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets use a bamboo-fiber substrate instead — the sheet doesn't dissolve in the wash, plus you get built-in fabric softener and color-catcher technology in the same sheet. Same Glory Days clean, different substrate.

Frequently asked questions
How are these different from your 3-In-1 sheets?
The Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets are straight detergent — no fabric softener or color catcher built in — and they dissolve in the wash. The 3-In-1 sheets combine detergent, fabric softener, and color catcher in one bamboo-fiber sheet that doesn't dissolve. The Eco Sheets are the simpler, scent-forward option; the 3-In-1 is the all-in-one upgrade.
How many loads does a pack do?
A 40-sheet pack covers 40 regular loads, or up to 80 loads if you routinely split sheets in half for small loads or delicates. Dosage flexes to match the load.
Do Glory Days Eco Sheets contain PVA?
Yes — a small amount of PVA is used as the water-soluble binder that holds the sheet together and releases the cleansing agents during the wash. Our PVA has been third-party tested for biodegradability in wastewater conditions and is selected specifically to break down rather than persist as microplastic pollution. If avoiding PVA entirely is a priority for you, our 3-In-1 sheets use a bamboo-fiber substrate instead.
Do they actually clean as well as liquid detergent?
Yes. Glory Days Eco Sheets contain the same active surfactants and enzymes as quality liquid detergents — just in a pre-measured, ultra-concentrated, plastic-jug-free format. For typical residential loads, they clean as effectively as liquid detergent without the jug, the water weight, or the extra-harsh ingredient list common in mainstream brands.
Are they safe for HE washers?
Yes. Fully HE-compatible. Place one sheet directly into the drum.
Do they work in front-load and top-load washers?
Yes — both.
Do they dissolve in cold water?
Yes. The sheet is formulated for full dissolution in cold, warm, or hot water, including quick-wash cycles.
Are they safe for septic systems and greywater?
Yes. The cleansing agents and the dissolving binder are biodegradable and septic-safe.
Are they safe for babies and newborns?
Yes. Purely Perfect (our fragrance-free option) is the safest choice for newborn and baby loads. Free from phthalates, parabens, phosphates, formaldehyde, and chlorine bleach.
Are they safe for cloth diapers?
Yes — choose Purely Perfect and skip our scent boosters. Always follow your cloth diaper manufacturer's wash routine.
Are they safe for pets?
Yes. None of our cleansing ingredients are flagged as toxic to dogs or cats by the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center.
Can I use them with sensitive skin or eczema?
Yes. The formula is low-tox and avoids the major dermatologist-flagged laundry irritants. For severe sensitivities, choose Purely Perfect.
How many sheets do I use per load?
One sheet for a regular load. Two for heavy or extra-large loads. Half a sheet for small loads or delicates.
Can I mix scents in one load?
Absolutely yes. Miss Bloom + Luxe Laundry is a great combo. Coco Muse + Violet Hour creates a sophisticated cozy-evening layered scent.
Will the scent stay on my clothes after drying?
Softly, yes — not a perfume. Here's the honest reason most brands won't explain: weeks-long, locker-strong scent on clothes after washing requires microencapsulated synthetic fragrance — tiny synthetic polymer beads (a microplastic source) that cling to fabric fibers and slowly release fragrance over weeks. They sit on your skin, end up in your washing machine, and ultimately enter your wastewater. We chose not to use them. Glory Days clothes come out smelling softly, beautifully, naturally — and the scent fades as you wear the clothes, the way clean laundry has always worked before fragrance chemistry was added to extend it artificially. If you want stronger lingering scent, pair with our Eco In-Wash Scent Boosters.
Why does the pack smell so strong but the clothes only smell faintly?
This is intentional and it's the honest version of how fragrance works. Our scents are concentrated essential-oil-based and food-grade aroma compounds — they smell beautifully strong straight out of the pack. When they hit wash water, they release into the load, and most of the fragrance is rinsed away during the rinse cycle. What's left is a soft, gentle, real-fragrance whisper on the clothes. Brands that promise lockerroom-strength scent after washing are using microencapsulated synthetic fragrance beads (microplastics). We aren't — so our after-wash scent is intentionally subtle.
Tell me about the new Miss Bloom and Coco Muse scents.
Both are inspired by first-class perfumery. Miss Bloom is a romantic floral — peonies, jasmine, and white tea over a warm musk base. Coco Muse is a sophisticated sensual scent — vanilla orchid, sandalwood, and warm amber. Both are designed to be more "fragrance" than "detergent" — for shoppers who want their wardrobe to smell like it just left a perfume counter.
Do they work on stains?
Yes — enzyme stain-removers handle everyday stains (food, body oils, dirt, light grease). For set-in or heavy stains, pre-treat the spot first.
Hard water?
Yes. The trisodium citrate in the formula softens hard water so the cleansers can do their job effectively.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. Refund or exchange — your choice. No need to ship anything back. Email support@glorydaysrevolution.com. See our full refund policy.
How fast does my order ship?
Within 1-2 business days. Free shipping over $50. See our shipping policy for details.
Where are Glory Days laundry sheets made?
We work with a vetted U.S. manufacturing partner. Email us for sourcing details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — anytime, from your account or by emailing us. No penalty.
Are these "all-natural" or "non-toxic"?
We're careful with those terms because they don't have clean legal or industry-standard definitions. What we are: low-tox · thoughtfully formulated · biodegradable-focused · plastic-jug-free · phthalate-free · paraben-free · formaldehyde-free · phosphate-free · chlorine-bleach-free · no microencapsulated synthetic fragrance. Every claim we make is one we can document on the Product Ingredients page.
One last thing
Cleaning shouldn't feel like a chore done by a hazmat team. It shouldn't smell like a chemistry lab. And the products you use to keep your home beautiful definitely shouldn't be uglier than the home itself.
Glory Days Eco Laundry Detergent Sheets are the simplest version of the eco-luxe laundry upgrade — clean, plant-forward, plastic-jug-free, biodegradable-focused, with seven gorgeous scents (including two new perfume-inspired statement scents) waiting to make your laundry day actually pleasant. 40 sheets per pack. Up to 80 loads per pack if you split for delicates. One pretty pack at a time.
