How the Products Work

How do laundry sheets actually clean?

Each sheet is ultra-concentrated with plant-based detergents that dissolve in any water temperature — hot, warm, or cold. Toss one sheet into the drum (not the detergent tray), start your wash, and watch it work. No measuring, no spills, no plastic jug. One sheet handles a regular load, two for a heavy load, half for a small load.

Do they work in cold water?

Yes — every formula is engineered to dissolve and clean in cold, warm, and hot water. We actually recommend cold for most loads (your clothes last longer, your colors stay brighter, and your electric bill thanks you).

HE / front-loader / top-loader safe?

All three. Our sheets are HE-compatible and work in standard top-loaders, front-loaders, and high-efficiency machines. Just drop the sheet directly into the drum before adding clothes.

Septic-safe?

Yes. Every Glory Days formula is biodegradable and septic-safe.

Will they damage my washer?

Nope. They dissolve completely — no residue, no buildup, no clogged hoses.

Can I cut them into smaller pieces?

Absolutely. For small loads or delicates, just tear off a quarter or half. For high-efficiency machines with very low water levels, smaller pieces dissolve faster.

Sensitive Skin & Family Safety

Are these safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. We formulate without bleach, optical brighteners, parabens, phosphates, synthetic dyes, 1,4-dioxane, ethoxylates, alkylphenols, or formaldehyde. Hypoallergenic and dermatologist-friendly.

Safe for babies and newborns?

Yes — and yes, we use these on baby clothes ourselves. The fragrance-free option (Purely Perfect) is the gentlest choice for newborn skin.

Safe for cloth diapers?

Yes — choose Purely Perfect (fragrance-free) and skip the fabric softener.

Pet-safe?

Yes. None of our formulas contain ingredients flagged as toxic to dogs or cats by the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center.

What about allergies?

Our formulas are typically very clean, but everyone's different. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, email us first and we'll confirm whether the product is right for you before you order.

What do the scents smell like?

Will the scent stay on my clothes after drying?

A subtle whisper, yes — not a perfume. We dose for "clean, fresh laundry" not "department-store-fragrance-counter." If you want more lasting scent, pair with an Eco In-Wash Scent Booster.

Can I mix scents in one load?

Absolutely yes.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Pick your scent and pack size, choose a delivery frequency (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks), and save 15% on every recurring order. Auto-renews until you pause or cancel.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel?

Yes — anytime, no questions asked. Manage your subscription from your account page or email us and we'll handle it.

What if I run out before my next delivery?

Email us — we'll either ship an early refill or move up your next scheduled delivery. No upcharge.

Will the price ever change?

We lock in your subscription price at the rate you signed up at. If we ever change list prices, you keep your original deal.

Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?

We ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking arrives by email.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after shipping.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states only — no Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international. We're working on expanding, so subscribe to our newsletter to be first in line.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders over $50 ship free in the contiguous 48 states.

My order shipped in multiple packages — is that normal?

Yes. We use multiple fulfillment centers across the US to get your order to you faster, so multi-item orders can ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get a tracking number for each package.

What's your return policy?

30 days, no-questions-asked. If you don't love it, email us and we'll refund or replace — your choice. You don't even need to ship the product back (a screenshot of the bag with the rest of the sheets is plenty).

My package never arrived — help?

Reach out within 14 days of the "Delivered" status and we'll reship or refund.

Ingredients & Sustainability

What's actually in your products?

Plant-based cleansers, biodegradable chelating agents, plant-based surfactants, coconut-derived foaming agents, green tea extract, natural odor neutralizers, water softeners, and targeted enzymes for stain removal. Full ingredient lists are on every product page under "Ingredients."

What's NOT in them?

Bleach, optical brighteners, parabens, synthetic dyes, 1,4-dioxane, phosphates, ethoxylates, alkylphenols, formaldehyde, or any of the harsh stuff your grandma's detergent jug used to be full of.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes — all of our packaging is plastic-free and recyclable.

Are you cruelty-free?

Yes. No animal testing — not by us, not by anyone in our supply chain. Vegan, too.

How does this compare to liquid detergent in carbon footprint?

Liquid detergent is 60–90% water by weight — so you're paying to ship water across the country. Our sheets are concentrated, lightweight, and use significantly less fuel to ship. Plus, all of our packaging is plastic-free and recyclable.
