Here's the deal

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to let us know. Just email support@glorydaysrevolution.com and tell us what happened.

You get to choose:

• A refund — straight back to your original payment method
• An exchange — a one-time swap for a different scent, a different product, or a replacement if something went sideways

Either way, you don't need to send anything back. A quick photo of the product (or your account screenshot) is plenty. Gift the rest to a friend, donate it, or keep it on the shelf because it's too pretty to throw out. Your call.

What we'll fix

• Scent isn't your soulmate? Fixable.
• Wrong formula for your sensitive skin? Fixable.
• Pack showed up damaged or shorted? Absolutely fixable.
• Just not feeling it? Still fixable, babe.

If it's in your first order and you reach out within 30 days, we'll take care of you.

When the refund hits

Once we send it on our end, your bank usually takes 5–10 business days to show it on your statement. We'll email you the moment it's processed.

A few honest little notes

• One exchange per customer, per product, please. Keeps things fair and keeps the glam affordable for everyone.
• Damaged on arrival? Send a quick snap of the box and the product. We'll get a replacement on its way — usually the same day.
• Subscriptions: Pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account. If you got charged for a renewal you didn't want, email us within 5 days and we'll refund it.
• Wholesale, bulk, or final-sale items play by slightly different rules — we'll spell it out at checkout if it applies.
